Placing Orders:

Our webstore is only capable of processing orders being shipped to Canadian addresses. If you are placing an order from the USA, the order will need to be made either over email or phone. Please give us a call and we'll be happy to assist you! 1-647-347-7370

Our Packaging:

At Drift we are doing our best to be green!   We try to use as much packaging to ship items to our customers that we have received from our suppliers, meaning our boxes may not look brand new and have been made to fit.  This not only cuts down on our carbon footprint, but also reduces your overall shipping costs!  We think it is a win-win.

Duties, Taxes and Brokerage Fees:

All shipments to the United States of America and international shipments from Drift Outfitters & Fly Shop Ltd. will be accompanied by all required documentation and will list the value of the shipment, along with origin of products.

All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the receiver, not of Drift Outfitters & Fly Shop Ltd. 

Banned Goods - Controlled Materials & Animal Products:

It is the responsibility of the customer/purchaser to be aware of what products are not able to be shipped overseas across their respective borders and not order these items.  If these items are included in an order placed with Drift Outfitters we will contact the customer and inform them the item will not ship and refund the customer for the individual items.

Drift Outfitters will, within the best of our ability, list per product what materials will not be shipped internationally or into the United States of America due to restrictions.  Not all items may be marked in the product description 'WILL NOT SHIP OUT OF CANADA".

Refused and Abandoned Shipments:

Any costs associated with refused packages returned to Drift Outfitters & Fly Shop will be allocated to the parties responsible for refusal or abandonment of the shipment.

Refunds will not be issued for or refused shipments.

Returns & Exchanges:

The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
All returns and exchanges must be in original condition, unused, and include all accessories, manuals, tags, and original packing materials.

30-day return period for refunds or exchanges:
We accept returns for a full refund for up to 30 days from the date of the original purchase, minus the cost of any shipping charges inured.
Items must be unused with the original tags attached, with the original and unmodified packaging and all accessories included.
Any promotional material included in the purchase must be returned with any return or refund.

90-day return period for exchanges or store credit:
We accept returns for an exchange or store credit for up to 90 days from the date of the original purchase.
Items must be unused with the original tags attached, undamaged and unmodified original packaging, and all accessories included.
Any promotional material included in the purchase must be returned with any return or refund.

Refunds are issued to the payment method the purchase was originally paid with - no exceptions.

No returns or exchanges after 90 days.

No returns or exchanges on clearance items.

Shipped Goods and their returns:
Shipped items must be returned at the expense of the owner of the product, with exceptions.
Exceptions being; the product was damaged in transit to the specified destination and proof of which must be shown, or the items was not one that was ordered or agreed upon as a substitute.

Discount or Promo Items:
Any items discounted or provided free of charge with a purchase will be charged for in full on return on any of the items, unless those discounted or free items are also returned.

Non-returnable items:
Non-returnable items include labor, consumable items such as, food and drink, sun block, or items that are used, smell of wear or other odors, damaged or abused.

Shipping Fees:

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser, we do not offer free shipping on international orders.
