1 Technical Issues
1.1 The Web Store isn't working for me! What should I do?!
Occasionally we experience some technical issues with our web store which may impact your ability to order. In this case, please call the shop or email us with your order and we will process it over the phone!
We have also found that some issues with the web store can be quickly rectified by updating your browser to its most up to date version. Older versions of web browsers, for security reasons, often are not are supported by our web store.
2 Shipping/Tracking Information
2.1 When will my order ship?
Your order will be picked, and packed as soon as we can! Our goal is to have your order out the door and on the way to the post office the same day or the day after your order has been placed.
Orders placed on Sunday, or on any Monday will be picked and packed on Tuesday - we are closed every Sunday & Monday. Due to order volume and customer levels in the shop orders placed during our days off may ship a day late. Please check in on our holiday schedules, this may effect the timing of your shipment as well.
We do not have 24/7 packing and shipping warehouse, our in-shop team does it all.
2.2 Where is my tracking information?
If you have selected the 'Free Shipping Over $100' option, you will be receiving and email from Canada Post, not us, with your tracking information.
Please check your spam/junk folder in case your email provider has filtered into there. Your email address is 'cut & paste' from your order into the email address field of our shipping provider, so please be precise when providing your information to us.

3.2 Where are you located?
We are located in downtown Toronto! Yes, you read that right!
What a better place for a fly shop? With access to two major highways only minutes away, great public parking on Queen Street, and a park across the road to cast rods... what more could you ask for?
Yes, traffic in Toronto can be a little rough if you head downtown during rush hour, but that is true with any major city you visit. To truly beat traffic, come down on a Saturday or Sunday morning, you'll be surprised how quickly traffic moves then!

3.3 Where do I park? Is it free?
There is parking available on Queen Street right in front of our shop!
Unfortunately it is metered parking and there is a slight fee by the city.
The only time you will find free parking on Queen Street is until 1:00 PM on Sunday!
Please, do not park on the south side of Queen Street between 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You WILL be ticketed and towed. Please note, we are closed every Monday.
4 Do you have it in stock?
4.1 Realtime Inventory
Our inventory levels on our webstore are up to date, and refresh after every purchase either in-store, or online.
We occasionally do have variances in our inventory due to inputting errors, of theft. If an items is ever short on an order, we will contact you as quickly as possibly and inform you. If you would like to substitute the items with something similar, or omit the item from your order with a full refund for the item's cost and related tax, we are more than happy to do so.
5.1 What tax will I be charged?
All taxes charged are regional.
This means that :
if you live in Newfoundland, that you will be charged the tax rate in Newfoundland.
if you live in Ontario, that you will be charged the tax rate in Ontario.
if you live in Manitoba, that you will be charged the tax rate in Manitoba.
The same goes for all other Canadian provinces.
For any international orders, you will not be charged any Canadian taxes, but you will have to pay your regional duties and taxes once your order arrives at your listed destination to the freight carrier.
6 Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
6.1 Can I get a deal?
The fly fishing and centerpin retail isn't as cushy as you might imagine it, and our margins on products are not making us rich. Before you ask for a discount, or promo code, please understand that we do give back a large amount to our local community and by offering discounts to our customers that donations of time and goods to local not-for-profit organizations cant happen, or we can't host community events.
The only promotion that we do offer currently is free ground shipping on all purchases over $175, on line, over the phone, or in the shop.
